Checks and expected results

Before you repair it

  • Record the championship and the action that fails, such as opening or continuing it.
  • Check whether a normal session still loads and whether the failure evidence names a championship or singlechamps save.
  • Close AMS2 and preserve only the implicated save-state files before moving their active copies aside.

How to confirm the result

Test Championship mode with newly created state. Keep the original save available for restoration or support if the failure is unchanged.

Repair limits and when to stop

Existing championship progress may be unavailable during this test. Rebuilding mode state does not guarantee recovery of a damaged championship and does not justify removing unrelated profile files.

How PitMedic recognizes it

A championship or singlechamps save file changed immediately before a Championship-mode failure and no stronger system fault is present.

Signals PitMedic may recognize

  • championship
  • singlechamps
  • championship save

Built-in response

Preserve only the implicated championship save-state files and move them aside so AMS2 can rebuild the mode without deleting other profile data.
