Logitech TrueForce or manufacturer-library conflict
An ACC controller-related crash may involve a wheel-manufacturer integration when current evidence identifies that library or manufacturer extras.
Checks and expected results
Before you repair it
- Record the wheel model, the failing action, and the exact TrueForce/manufacturer-library error.
- Close ACC and preserve controls.json.
- Review the targeted enableManufacturerExtras change before testing with it set to false.
How to confirm the result
Repeat the same menu action or session with manufacturer extras disabled and confirm ordinary steering and pedals still work. Compare the result before deciding whether to keep the change.
Repair limits and when to stop
Manufacturer-specific features are disabled during the test. This is not a general wheel reset, firmware repair, or reason to change every control binding.
How PitMedic recognizes it

Built-in response
Back up controls.json and set enableManufacturerExtras to false so ACC stops calling external wheel-manufacturer libraries during the controlled retest.
