Before you repair it

Check whether iRacingUpdater or its 64-bit version is still active and let it complete.
Wait through PitMedic’s 30-second settling period after updater activity ends.

How PitMedic recognizes it

A fresh verification failure is reported after the iRacing updater has closed and its 30-second settling period has ended. Transient verification checks during an active update are not repair findings.

Observed result

Maintenance findings were suppressed while updating, suppressed lines were not replayed afterward, and a fresh post-update verification failure remained detectable. A separate graphics fault remained detectable during updating.
